The Discovery
After interviewing 1,800 rideshare drivers, we uncovered the truth: platforms were taking 40-50% of fares, not the advertised 25%. Drivers were working 70+ hours to earn what they made in 40 hours just three years ago.
The Solution
We developed the subscription model - drivers pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of fares. Testing showed drivers could triple their take-home income while working the same hours.
The Launch
With DOT approval secured and 200+ drivers ready, we're launching in North Carolina. Our platform connects high-earning drivers with dealerships, creating a sustainable ecosystem where everyone thrives.
